Applications of Play on Productivity is a seminar that focuses on
creativity, humor and play as the foundation to improve personal and professional
performance. Creative Spirit programs guarantee laughter, build trust,
support innovation, reduce stress while generating a lot of fun! We believe play and humor
are the most natural and certainly the most enjoyable ways to accomplish any objective.
Creative Spirit designs each program to

is not a daylong, sit down lecture. Our combined history of more than 25 years of
supervisory and management experience has taught us to emphasize active participation.

Costs
Fees are based on type and length of program, number of participants and
location. As you share with us your specific needs, we can determine the exact costs. We
plan together, with you, to ensure that your group's goals are met. Arrangements can be
made at various resorts and coordinated with meal services. Business seminars run anywhere
between two and six hours.
The Pure Fun & Giggles (P, F & G) Playshop
Creative Spirit offers a workshop designed for businesses desiring just
a totally playful break/adventure from the work-a-day world and pedestrian conferences.
Spouses and Children can also be included. This playshop can be a welcome addition to a
weekend training providing teambuilding, inclusive, morale building and revitalizing
energy. P, F & G workshops range from one to six hours.
Facilitators
Charlie Steffens
received his initial recreational training through the New Games Foundation in 1976 and
found that it so positively changed how he has played that he hasn't stopped. As an
energetic and enthusiastic speaker, he enjoys helping adults feel young and maximizing the
potential of children.
Spencer Gorin
integrates his creative experience as a professional artist and musician with his more
than 15 years of service to educational, mental health and business organizations. As a
nationally recognized speaker, trainer and entertainer, he specializes at engaging
increased performance of individuals and groups.
Charlie Steffens and Spencer Gorin are co-authors of Learning
To Play, Playing To Learn.
Having developed an effective partnership, Charlie and Spencer have more
than 25 years of combined experience in leading Creative Spirit programs in Arizona, where
they are based, and nationally. Clients include multiple Universities, Resorts, Fortune
500 corporations, convention bureaus, schools, churches, mental health and professional
organizations.
